Migrant storytelling project inspires with positive tales sharing mental health strategies (Herald Sun)

MIGRANTS have shared their stories of overcoming mental health issues in the hope they can inspire others to do the same.

Collingwood resident Kim Chua’s story can be viewed online as part of a digital storytelling project aimed at knocking down barriers to mental health care in migrant and refugee communities such as stigma, lack of information, language and culture.
